I had a break out of shingles and its clearing up but now...?

Now it seems that I am getting another big break out. There was only just a small one on my stomach. Now its on the left side which is the same side that the first rash was. Anyways there is a pretty bi compared to the first and it is on my side and stomach as well. Its like a big line. I haven't been to the doctor due to the fact I have no insurance. This isn't my first outbreak of shingles either thats how I know I have it. What could be the cause of it spreading or reoccuring while the other is practically gone? Is it because it went untreated by medication? I have used rash ointment and kept it clean. But I feel like the whole left side is just so itchy and it is driving me crazy. Exact Same Dream as my Mom has!??!?!!?

Last saturday i went to bad at like 3 Am as usual and i started to dream. I dont remember the beginning of the dream, but i woke up In the dream, so i was dreaming of a dream (confusin ya?) so in my dream i wake up and i see this bright light comeing from outside, it looks exactly like the sun when its rising but my clock says 1 AM. This dream felt so real and i was really confused during the dream, i get out of my bed, go to the window, and see a UFO. Im completely in shock now so i go and get my brother and hes in Awe too. He leaves the room and the UFO comes up to the window and i run in terror, i go to a balcony on the side of my house and there it is again, i strike at it and i wake up. So i didnt tell anyone bout this dream, but the next day my mom is in the car with me and says "I had the strangest dream the other day, and it felt really weird" and when she explained it to me, IT WAS THE EXACT SAME DREAM, like down to every little bit (cept of course it was her in the dream)

Im not ready for the responsibility of a serious job I dont know if i can do it?

Im finishing university soon and ive been applying for some career related jobs. Im doing well with interviews and i have a few options i can chose from like big banks and other firms. The thing is, i really dont want to work a serious job. I know it sounds childish but i just dont the idea of it freaks me out. When i was 18 i had a very serious job in client relations but it made me really anxious and wearing that stupid suit just got me so depressed i had to quit after a week and then went to university and got bum jobs (like handing out pamphlets) i was more comfortably with even though the job i quit paid double the money and had great potential. I have great jobs lined up for me, but id rather work as a mail man or something. I wish i did design or something.. i want to be a musician.. but neither are financially stable and its too late im already almost done with my finance degree.. I know i have to get serious now and get experience in my field im just afraid i wont be able to do it again. I love uni.. i dont want to leave but i have to make money some time and id really like to have lots of money some time soon because i love shopping and buying nice things and being financially stable makes me comfortable. I am 19, with no credit to speak of. Technically I have no need of a credit card, since I have a debit card at my credit union. Cat on prednisone losing hair?

My 5 yr old cat was put on prednisone for some asthma she's been experiencing lately. She has severely damaged lungs from a house fire almost 2 years ago and the bottom half of her lungs do not function. I came home from the store today to find HUGE clumps of hair all over my house. Enough to fill my bathroom garbage can. I confirmed some skin I found connected to some of the chunks by checking her back and sure enough she had these bald spots. They looked smooth, not inflamed or red at all. I was wondering if her being on prednisone would cause any kind of side-effect where this might happen? We do have another cat, and they aren't the best of friends, but I have NEVER seen this much hair. I'm concerned maybe she's stressed and its being compounded by the medication. Anyone know if this is possible? The only thing I could find was that prednisone can cause "poor haircoat", and I'm not really sure if thats the same thing. Thanks for your help!

After an accident is it ever the same?

Ok I lost control of my civic coming down the exit ramp into the freeway. What made me loose it was loose dirt on the road do to construction. Well it goes like this 30 miles coming down my *** end looses traction end swings to the left. Which I try to control and do in a way.... I saved me and my pengers from going sideways into incoming traffic and by doing this hit the barrior to the right. I didnt care about the civic at all i cared for the 15 and 16 years old in the car. Well yesterday night, my friend which has the same car and same color anly built engine says here man test drive it. I tell him no bc im still thinking about the accident.... He says dont worry man just be carefull it swayes a little(race susp). Well a built engine in a EG YEA its going to haul ***. So I take it for a spin, but when i hit VTEC the car sways violently left and right and theres a incoming car coming. I get flashbacks and start to panich, but control it. Also it is good to reference literature you have read in high school and maybe even outside school and personal experience is good as well but dont based the entire essay off personal experience because it wont have much leverage no matter how good it is written it would ultimately not do well in the eyes of the graders

I found a runt kitten, with goopy eyes. At home suggestions?

1st of all with the eyes, gently wipe them with a damp cloth to remove discharge until you can get it to a vet. 2nd: Please do not use a heating pad. They are very dangerous not only because of the wires but the kitten's skin can burn very easily unless you are checking her every hour or more to make sure she moves around and it is not getting too hot in one place. My clinic always suggests using hot water bottles under a towel. Make sure you keep reheating them because when they become cold they will actually take heat away from the animal. 3rd: DO NOT EVER USE A FLEA COLLAR!! Most flea collars and over the counter flea products contain a chemical that many cats have severe reactions to(seizures, coma, death) especially kittens. You can use Frontline at 8wks. Flea collars do not kill fleas unless the flea practically bites the collar. I can't tell you how many animals I've seen covered in fleas that have a flea collar on and I just laugh. Make sure the kitten is eating and drinking. If it has an upper respiratory infection it may become pretty sick fast. Good Luck! PS: DO NOT use neosporin or any medication unless you talk to a vet first. Trust me.

I have epilepsy so I take 1500mg of Depakote ER daily. I have had some very serious stomach pains in my stomach so I went to the doctor. They were worried on several levels so they sent me to received all kinds of test to rule out anything serious. I was then sent to a gastroenterologist and they ordered a colonoscopy. The test came back fine and they ruled it as IBS. I have changed my diet to adjust and the stomach pains are gone. Since the begging of all my issues i have noticed white g sized oval shaped in my stool. I told the doctor and they said it probably isn't anything to worry about. I kept an eye on what i have been eating and cant figure out why I keep getting these oval shaped . I am not having pain, but want to know if i should be worried?

Competing wireless utilities?

hi - at home my computer connects to my BT wireless signal no problem using the BT homehub utility. but when i am away form home and i wish to connect to wireless, BT homehub and Intel Pro/wireless start competing with each other to get the signal. when one gets it the other one cuts in about a minute later then the first one goes off then so does the other. so i have tp repeat connecting to wireless. intel pro/wireless asks me to disable it but it won't ever stay disabled. and can't keep removing BT home hub software from the computer when away from home to keep the connection stable. is there somthing else i need to do to ensure the wireless utilities stop competing with each other like this?! many thanks - marty

I don't think she has been in active labour since last night, but she had mucus etc yesterday and was hiding out all day and last night, and looked very uncomfortable and restless. It looks like a decent starter bike. The only issue I have with these types of bikes is they are VERY cheaply made. Parts are difficult to find (if at all). I would hesitate to buy another one. I would go with a mainstream manufacturer (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, etc...). That way you can go to a showroom and "try on" the bike. Also a good salesman will help you choose what's best for you. Hope this helps.

I was trying out for this 'less-than-competitive' team. I was positive that I would make the team, not only becaucse my parents donated $200, but also because my skills surp the othe. Is it possible to self-teach Linux?

I am an MCSE, MCITP and I have a bachelors, but I see many jobs that require knowledge of Linux. I'm curious though, it seems that linux is one of those things you either have to be obsessed with or work with everyday or there's no way to become good at it. Too many distros, too many different ways and command lines, and too much time needed to learn. Seems like it takes years and years. Is it possible for me to learn just enough to say I have some knowledge of using it? I have installed Open Suse 11.3 and Ubuntu, but i'm not sure if that's enough. What all do I need to know about those to have a general understanding of all Linux? Red Hat and Fedora seem more command based and difficult, must I know those as well or is Open Suse and Ubuntu enough?

What�s wrong with my jaw?

I don't think it's TMJ because my jaw doesn't hurt and never gets stuck in an opened or closed position. When it gets stuck, I can open and close my mouth, but not that much. It also makes a kind of clicking sound when I try to "unlock" it. It never hurts though, my face doesn't swell up and only one side of my face, where the madible and skull bone meet, experiences it. I'm only 15, but this has been happening for about 2 or 3 years now, maybe it started before but I hadn't noticed. My mom also experiences something like this and I think it may be hereditary, but I'm not sure. Can anyone tell me what this is? Thank you very much in advance to anyone that answers this question.

I got trampled(literally) at school today, what can I do for my leg?

We had a band at school today and they were throwing water bottles into the audience. They threw one that landed next to me, and I wasn't even reaching for it when a kid from behind me jumped on me and knocked me down. uhhh in laws huh!!!! That is my hugest problem right now with my husband... however with his sisters... They are the biggest bitches and treat me like **** too. Some items do taste okay cold. Nothing wrong with that, but I might worry about getting sick by not heating up some foods. I don't know what my guidelines are, however. McDonalds 1$ sausage burrito sausages?

I imagine if you just buy a roll of decent sausage...Jimmy Dean...from the market...crumble it up really small using a fork and then cook it through in a pan...it would be just like it! I've not had a sausage burrito....but I make breakfast burritos at my house sometimes. I scramble up some eggs, tossed in some of that cooked and crumbled sausage, a little onion if I have it. Cook through, then put on a flour soft shell, sprinkle with cheese (sometimes salsa if I'm in the mood) and roll up. The heat melts the cheese just perfect and then you have a sausage and egg and cheese burrito. My hub loves these...not good for you....but hey....every now and then isn't going to kill you.

This isn't supposed to be bashing vegetarians but it did come across my mind. Many people say they are vegetarians to stop animal cruelty, but when farmers harvest grain many birds and small animals are killed or have their homes destroyed by the harvesting machines. Also in order to have more crop farmland trees are destroyed thus destroying acres of habitat and cause many species to become extinct or endangered (this can be seen every day. Where I live the whole area used to be forest or natural prairie gr, now it is all corn and soybeans). Don't you consider this cruel to animals too?

I have a m in my right that is not getting smaller. I am now on my third antibiotic and am scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow of the lump. The hospital refuses to do a mammogram if I am still feeding. But-what if the m is something significant? I cannot just abruptly wean my son as he has a severe milk and soy protein allergy which prohibits him from taking ANY formulas. Is there any place that will do this procedure if you are lactating, and should I be worried about cancer? I am 32, no family history of any cancer, and otherwise very healthy. I might mention for about 3 months now though, my right is about 3 times the size of my left. I thought it was due to nursing schedules with the baby, but it is a big difference. Does this mean a coming bigger problem in my marriage?

My husband and I live on a tight budget. Sometimes (esp. lately with hours being cut) really tight. There are times when groceries are a big expense we can't afford, and I have to make cuts just to get thru till next payday. I handle the jiggling of bill payments and the grocery budget (at his request) and we have a mutual agreement that neither of us will spend any significant amount of money without first discussing it with the other. When things are really tight, it can be pretty miserable and stressful for us both. I know that I don't like not having money to go out and buy what I want, even sometimes things that used to be necessities like makeup or the "better" shampoo. So I know he must feel the same way. Because of transportation issues, he sometimes does the light shopping for groceries, and it seems like he ALWAYS buys something that wasn't on the list. Always candy or other novelties like that, especially soda. The thing is, he doesn't realize how that stuff adds up. To most people, a few dollars for a 12 pack of coke isn't a big deal, but when you're choosing that over staples you otherwise can't afford, it is. Especially if it happens often. But at least I KNOW about that afterwards. Now I find out he has used the debit card to buy an XBox game. He says the money for the game was a gift from a friend, but what troubles me is that he deliberately didn't tell me about it because he thought I would get mad. First off, he's wrong, I wouldn't have gotten mad. But now I am upset, because he feels like he has to lie to me. I don't want to be a control freak about money and I hate when EITHER of us can't buy something. But he makes me feel so bad, because I DO have to say something, or he will just spend whatever and it can really make a difference financially. The biggest issue I have, however, is he feels like it's acceptable to lie to me, even necessary. The reason is because I feel that if he will lie about little things like this, how can I trust him with anything? Am I wrong to think that? I don't think I could live with a marriage that was lacking trust. So, is this just a case of my "over policing" him, or is this a sign of a bigger trust problem to come? What's your opinion?

I am very squeamish should I get a cat?

I have OCD(about cleaning only) and my kids are dying for a pet kitty and (even I love cats) but my problem is I'm so scared it's going to poop on the floor or drink from the toilet which would problably make me throw up and clean up the whole entire house. It would also bother me alot if I saw the cat walking on the counter or the table. My neighbor told me her cat always steps on the poop in her litter box and gets it on it's paws and I thought that was really gross. Otherwise I love cats and I don't mind taking care of them, even if it means I have to clean it's litter box. I'ld probably consider investing into an automatic self cleaning one. I think those are the major problems I would be worried about getting a cat and I would prefer to get a cat than a dog or any other pet. Any suggestions please.

How can i improve my relationship with my father?

Since entering the teenage years my relationship with my dad has gone downhill, we live in the same house with my mum and sister. But i find it very difficult to get along with him for a few reasons: My mum is holding down a full time very well payed job yet she also does the majority of the cooking, washing, ironing, everything. Whilst my dad is self employed, working from home, trying to set up a business that i know will not take off because of the nature of it and him as a person. I also find it hard because of his personality, i'm a very introvert person who likes to talk straight to the point and i'm very down to earth, whereas he is an extrovert, devout christian (also something i have struggled with) and can often be very patronising when he lectures me on things which is quite often. Someone was talking to me about a setup that Tata Indicom has that requires no installation for high speed internet. They said it works through satellite. And it costs around 1500 Rupees/month? They also said to avoid BSNL because it requires a land line, etc. I went on the Tata site and couldn't find anything that fit that match. Does anyone know more on this? My bf & I live together. We've been together 2.5 yrs & have lived together for 2 yrs. We recently bought a house together. (Please don't preach to me about that). Now almost all romance has stopped (I know we are busier & have less $) on his end & we've talked about it ... he genuinely apologizes & says he will make sure to do things (then he doesn't). And then his friend (who he works with) moved to the same town & now the 2 are inseperable, they have to see each other almost every evening. Since he has been hanging out with this friend, he has become a pack a day smoker &has stayed out all night without calling a few times. I feel that he would rather hang out with this guy in his free time (he sees him at work) than me. I can't help but feel somewhat resentful of this friend since his arrival our relationship has changed & we fight. What to do? Sick of arguing, love him so much, know he loves me. I think I am being taken for granted. Advice?
