I take Kaopectate and Gax x just about everyday, I am 10 weeks preggo, is this okay?

I took Pepto before I was pregnant, but u cant take it while pregnant. But I get horrible gas and (I KNO TMI) diarrea...it feels like I am dyin if I dont take em...is this okay, I am going to talk to my doc about it monday..thanks!
