I heard Kevin James and Rob Schneider were jerks is that true?

My friend was the lifeguard for Adam Sandler and Chris Rock's kids and whenever they said hi to Kevin James he just kind of walked off not saying anything. Also Rob Schneider complained alot. Does anyone no any further information on this.
