My Ex, should I help her through her pain?

You should definitely let her know she can talk to you about it. Even though she hurt you you guys once cared about each other, and she is going through something terrible. I think it's great that you feel that obligation to her, it means you care and I think she would appreciate it. People tend to see life differently when face with tragedy. Send a text or call - if she declines your help at least you tried and won't ever regret not trying, if you do nothing you may regret that. Good luck with it all
