I have a dent in my head.... will it go away? i hit it pretty hard i guess?

ya if getting light headed and not knowing what your doing is a concussion then yes i guess i had a concussion then. i didnt go to a doctor or anything it happend the past saturday i had a family friends bbq and we were in my basement playing nerf gun war and i forgot that i had a low ceiling and we have this carseat thing like a row of chairs from my old car tat we got rid of (Cuz its really comfy:D) i jumped off the top full speed like extending legs and everything forgeting bout the ceiling and expecially the wooden beam suporting the house above me.... you can probably figure out the rest. i didnt cry or anything cuz there were kids and parents there and i hate it when ppl worry so i just walked it off and said i had to go to the bathrrom. then at night my head was still throbing so when i went to feel it i expected a bump but instead it was a dent. it throbs a bit now but the dents still there. The End but i just wanted to know.. will the dent go away? i didnt tell my parents cuz they always yell at me for getting hurt doing careless things :(
