How can I find someone to take over the lease I have with my car?

I know that I cannot return my vehicle or trade it in before the lease terms have expired but I leased a car about 13 months ago for 36 months and I'd like to downsize but don't know how to go about finding a credit worthy person to take over the remaining payments. Any thoughts?
