A Problem with Mince pies from Marks & Spencers?

Are you sending it back to get free stuff or could you not just use a spoon to scoop it out.The address is on the box if you have complaints but i done this with walkers multi pack crisps because there was 1 bag without any crisps in and they sent me a coupon for 30p.
