Any Information on Internet Connection in Goa India?

Someone was talking to me about a setup that Tata Indicom has that requires no installation for high speed internet. They said it works through satellite. And it costs around 1500 Rupees/month? They also said to avoid BSNL because it requires a land line, etc. I went on the Tata site and couldn't find anything that fit that match. Does anyone know more on this? I am staying in Goa for the next 6 months and need a good internet connection at my home on my laptop. I want it quick and fast. Some good advice would be most fantastic. Thanks!!!
