Is this dirt bike intended for children? or is it an adults bike? (read description)?

It looks like a decent starter bike. The only issue I have with these types of bikes is they are VERY cheaply made. Parts are difficult to find (if at all). I would hesitate to buy another one. I would go with a mainstream manufacturer (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, etc...). That way you can go to a showroom and "try on" the bike. Also a good salesman will help you choose what's best for you.
