How do I get over this creepy dream?

I had a dream where my mom (who is happily married)'s male friend tried to me. I can't face him now, because of the terrifying dream. He brought up his dog, whom I adore and love to play with, and I couldn't play with the dog because of this older man! My mom hollered at me to come out, but I just can't. I hate it! I'm typing this in my room, and she hasn't come in yet. It's 7:05. Hurry!
