Does anybody know the standard dimensions for architectural details on floor plans?

I need standard dimensions for single, french, bi-fold, and bi-p doors. Also for a clerestory window, tub, shower, toilet, single sink, washer, dryer, over range, and refrigerator. Thank You for your help.
