What are the chances the soviet union or country holding the SAME ideals will rise up in the next 3 to 5 years?

if you think one might were do you think it might arise and what countries might be taken over or join this new ussr in the first 5 to 10 years of its creation? will it prosper or fall to the way side will it become a super power? if you think a new ussr won't arise in my life time with in the next 80 years or so (i am hopeful to live to be 100 :) then why not? if one did arise would you move there or stay were you are? if you were asked to fight a war would you fight for or against them? did you like the old ussr? what changes (if any) would you make to the new ussr as comm-paired to the old ussr?
