Implantation bleeding, or period?

i had light light light brown spotting for four days... just got off bc a few months ago. periods have been irregular, but much much heavier than what happened this week. slight cramping... what are the odds of imp. bleeding? also, i have two kids, and i never had imp. bleeding before.
