Lipstick or lip gloss?

Okay here is my problem……my lips are brown/dark and everybody keeps on asking me if I smoke……ahhhhh, I want them to look burgundy or dark red I have found this lip balm ( Jordan ) that is really cool. It has great color it tastes good and it’s lip balm …the problem is it doesn’t last for long so I have to touch it up every 5 minutes …it’s very annoying if you know what I mean. so here is what I am looking for a lip balm or lipstick that lasts long/ stays on for quite some time….maybe like the whole day or half a day with out retouching it up.
