Which cities are must-sees in Switzerland for a limited budget and limited time?

I'm planning a western europe trip, we're ping by Switzerland, and I still haven't made up my mind on which cities I should stop by to visit. My list is down to Luzerne, Geneva and Bern, I hope to catch a view of the alps, where should I choose then?
