McDonalds 1$ sausage burrito sausages?

I imagine if you just buy a roll of decent sausage...Jimmy Dean...from the market...crumble it up really small using a fork and then cook it through in a pan...it would be just like it! I've not had a sausage burrito....but I make breakfast burritos at my house sometimes. I scramble up some eggs, tossed in some of that cooked and crumbled sausage, a little onion if I have it. Cook through, then put on a flour soft shell, sprinkle with cheese (sometimes salsa if I'm in the mood) and roll up. The heat melts the cheese just perfect and then you have a sausage and egg and cheese burrito. My hub loves these...not good for you....but hey....every now and then isn't going to kill you.
