Can anyone tell me what to do about oily hooded eye lids?

Can anyone tell me what to do about oily hooded eye lids? After I put on my MAC liquid liner, within a few hours, I have a second line of eye liner where my natural crease should be....like a mirrored image. What can I do to prevent this?
