PLEASE help, cant identify techno song?!?

i heard this song my friend showed me the other day but it was on a burnt disc and we dont know the name, and theres not many lyrics in it. it doesnt even sound english, it kinda sounds french. at the beginning it has a voice that just says something but then goes deep and the beat starts and it goes "Da-da-da da-da-da da-da-da (weird french? word it soundsa like "ooh sa sa henny vo") and t just repeats and then in the middle of the song there is a crazy part where it sounds like just a crazy techno part lol then the beat drops again to "ba da da da da da ba da da (weird french?)" lol sorry if this is hard to go on i really want to find it and this is all i can give thanks so much!
