How do I pull down the backseat in a 1995 toyota avalon

I know I sound silly, but when I got the car the back middle seatbelt was already stuck behind the seat. I know the seat pulls down to expose the trunk... and I have searched the owners manual to no avail. Anyone Please Help Me....
