When does ebay charges the Final Value Fee?

I sold an item for 186.49 (including shipping) and i received the money already. Paypal already took his share (around 3%) but the Final Value Fee (9%) hasn't been deducted! Do they charge it to my debit card if so when because I checked already and there nothing there! =DDD
