Is Power Acoustik a good amp?

I just bought 2 Orion HCCA 12.4 12's. They are 2000w rms and the Power Acoustik amp Im looking at is 3200w rms @ 1ohm. Is that power acoustik amp enough to power both subs and is that a good amp. Here is the model Power Acoustik 5500/1D....5500w mono amp. The subs are 4 ohm I know i can wire them down to 1 ohm. Help before I make this purchase.
