What can I do to help my dyslexic son to go to school and be happy?

I am dyslexic.Ive been that way since elementary school.I try as hard as I can to do the work at school when I went to school.Im 50 now and still have a mild case.my suggestion is to allow him to do the best he can and keep him in special education.God's blessings to you and your family.

Gain back the muscle m slowly that will help burn the fat off. Muscle cells use more calories than fat cell even at rest.

Okay so like if my nails are kinda weak and I take like those vitamin supplements (Nature's Bounty- hair nails & skin) cause i work out cause i wanna lose a couple of pounds for this wedding so my dress won't be so tight on me. lol soooo is it okay if the vitamins contain gelatin?
